This report covers ZYT Solutions Pte Ltd's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance for the calendar year ending 31 December 2024. It has been prepared with reference to SGX Core ESG Metrics (April 2023) and the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard.
Greenhouse gas emissions have been measured using the operational control method as defined by the GHG Protocol. All emission factors are sourced from Singapore's official Emission Factors Registry (SEFR), published by the National Environment Agency (NEA), January 2026 edition. The Singapore grid emission factor of 0.412 kgCO₂/kWh (EMA, 2023) is applied to all purchased electricity.
This report has not been externally assured. It constitutes a self-declaration of ESG performance in accordance with the stated frameworks.
Opening narrative will appear here after completing Sustainability Context (S-23).
Scope 1 emissions are direct greenhouse gas emissions from sources owned or controlled by the company. These include fuel combustion in company vehicles, stationary combustion (diesel generators), and fugitive refrigerant releases.
| Source | Cluster | Scope | tCO₂e |
|---|---|---|---|
| Company vehicles (petrol) | Transport & fleet | S1 | 3.10 |
| Diesel generator (backup power) | Power & energy | S1 | 1.72 |
| Total Scope 1 | 4.82 | ||
Scope 2 emissions arise from the consumption of purchased electricity. The location-based method is used, applying EMA's 2023 Singapore Grid Emission Factor of 0.412 kgCO₂/kWh.
| Source | Cluster | Scope | tCO₂e |
|---|---|---|---|
| Office electricity (SP metered) | Power & energy | S2 | 28.40 |
| WFH electricity (staff at home) | People & commuting | S2 | 2.80 |
| Total Scope 2 | 31.20 | ||
Scope 3 emissions are all indirect emissions that occur in the value chain. ZYT.ESG covers categories 1–9 where applicable. Categories 10–15 are excluded as not material to our operations (see Appendix).

| Cat 5 | Waste generated in operations | S3 | 1.60 |
| Cat 3 | Upstream fuel & energy (auto-calc) | S3 | 1.20 |
| Total Scope 3 | 18.94 | ||
In 2024, ZYT Solutions Pte Ltd produced a total greenhouse gas footprint of 55.0 tCO₂e — equivalent to approximately 216 return flights from Singapore to London, or the annual carbon absorption of 2,527 trees.

| Scope 1 | Direct — vehicles, generators, refrigerants | 4.82 | 8.8% |
| Scope 2 | Purchased electricity (location-based) | 31.20 | 56.7% |
| Scope 3 | Value chain (Cat 1–9) | 18.94 | 34.4% |
| Total (Scope 1+2+3) | 54.96 | 100% | |
| Intensity — per employee | 1.31 tCO₂e / FTE |
| Intensity — per SGD 1,000 revenue | 17.2 kgCO₂e / SGD 1,000 |
| Annual energy spend | SGD 52,700 |
Based on our 2024 baseline, we have committed to the following emissions reduction targets:
This is our first reporting year (2024). The establishment of our emissions baseline is itself a significant operational step — it enables evidence-based decision-making on energy, transport, and waste that was not previously possible.
In the coming reporting period, we will use this baseline to identify and implement targeted reduction actions across our highest-emission clusters. Progress against our committed targets will be reported in our 2025 Sustainability Report.
